Information we process

We process information supplied when an account or organization is created, when ISP customer and device records are managed, when payments or support requests are handled, and when the public website is used.

  • Account and contact information such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Organization, subscriber, package, invoice, payment, voucher, device, and operational records entered by authorized users.
  • Technical and security information such as timestamps, request metadata, authentication events, and error records.
  • Website analytics used to understand page performance and visitor journeys.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, process requested workflows, support customers, improve reliability, communicate about accounts, meet legal obligations, and investigate misuse or service failures.

Service providers and disclosures

ISPinnacle may use hosting, database, authentication, communications, analytics, payment, and support providers where needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, the public, or the platform.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Access and correction

Account holders may review and update information available in the product. Requests about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right can be sent to the contact address below and may require identity verification.
