Terms

ISPinnacle terms of service

These terms govern access to the ISPinnacle website and platform unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Accounts and authority

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and access only organizations and data they are authorized to manage. An organization administrator is responsible for assigning appropriate staff access.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used to break the law, interfere with networks or other users, probe systems without authorization, distribute malicious content, evade payment obligations, or process information without a lawful basis.

Subscriptions and payments

Current pricing is published on the pricing page or agreed in writing. Charges may depend on active PPPoE users, hotspot revenue, messaging usage, or another agreed measure. Taxes and third-party payment or communication fees may apply where stated.

Customer data and integrations

Organizations retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and permitted use of the customer and network data they enter. Third-party gateways, messaging providers, and network devices may have separate terms and availability conditions.

Availability and changes

ISPinnacle works to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve security, reliability, or product operation. Material changes affecting paid service will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended for overdue charges, security risk, unlawful use, or a material breach of these terms. Either party may end service subject to any applicable subscription or signed agreement.
